Plans for 2022 & Beyond

Concluding the first week of the pre-sale, we’ve raised nearly half a million and have 400+ Theons locked in! This is past our minimum threshold, within just the first week, and we still have 6 months of the public pre-sale. Congratulations to everyone who participated.  

Where we started:

Theopetra started as an idea, buried in the abyss of crypto twitter, of bridging real estate and Web3. Stablecoins, the original tokenized RWA, are Web3’s killer use-case and dwarf on-chain RE by 3843x. We saw an opportunity for a permissionless, sustainable protocol.

Where Theopetra is headed:

A permissionless, automated real estate protocol for all DAOs & projects to plug in to. DAOs can take advantage of the potential tax deductibility of REAT or hold $THEO as a community treasury asset. NFT projects can tap into real estate services and use $THEO to give their communities real-world access.

Now it’s time to execute while onboarding more Theons in the process. Now we build deep value, establish proof-of-concept, and position ourselves for the next bull run.  

So now what? 

1. The $REAT mining pools will wrap up development and launch mining. REAT Non-Profit will acquire its first property & solicit donations/grants to grow properties 

2. T-Homes raising accredited capital, scaling the ecosystem with TradFi & bringing new Theons in. The Premium Passport (known as the Self-Repaying Home) will be accessible. 

3. Theopetra plans to collaborate with other DAOs & protocols. ETH rebates and staking will start Q2 2023, along with a tracker for your wallet position in the top 4000.  

4. Buildout of legal/audit committee begins. This will be a framework that our team will operate with and provide transparency to other DAOs who wish to join us in high standard practices.  

We will have a town hall meeting with the community every other week to provide updates and answer questions. First one this Friday, Sept 17th, at 4PM PT.

This will recap our launch, cover future plans and levers to raise money, and detail board member responsibilities. We will also announce an opportunities for Theons to get involved, including a bounty program. Details at the town hall.
